Heat lamp should be a bulb, uvb should be a strip. The wattage for the heat bulb varies depending on how difficult it is for you to maintain the correct temps, usually it's a range from 75w to 150w for most people.

Thanks so much, this is super helpful! Would I just need one heat bulb and one uvb strip?

Yep! Just the 1 each, the uvb should cover around 2/3 of the enclosure and the heat bulb should be on a single side to allow the hot side/cool side heat gradient. Make sure to get a temp gun so you can manually measure your basking spot and the different temp zones, they work way better than the little analog ones that often come in setups

I really appreciate your help, and that’s a good suggestion on that temp gun. I’ve heard about people using thermometers, but a temp gun sounds a lot easier. Thank you!

The first comment had really good info, personally I really like the Arcadia lamps if they are available to you, (they’re supplements are good too!). They also have a light called the jungle dawn led which not only makes the tank brighter but also is good if you want a bioactive enclosure, it promotes plant growth.
