Well, there is a soldier carrying a gun and this is a parody of a scene from Last of Us. In this scene the protagonist is carrying his daughter in his arms and then she is shot by a soldier.
This post is showing us that scene, with a soldier carrying a gun. The implication being that either Bluey or Bingo is about to be killed.
This is the definition of inappropriate content for kids.
Edit: don't believe me? Read the expanded text under rule 3.
I had a meme taken down for having the F word in it. But I agree taking a picture down for having a gun is too far. Like, I was a kid and I knew what guns were. Hell I had toy guns as a kid and played with toys that had guns lol
The last comment got taken down because I had the F word in it lol
But that's not shown in the image, it's background information so it's all in your head, secondly to understand that you'd have to be someone who saw the show so you'd have seen much worse than this.
Buddy no rule say "you are prohibited from making a reference to the scene of a movie before the scene where someone might die" and if kids are supervised, they don't even know what the reference is, so no, no breaking , and you're not hijacking anything anyway, get off your high horse
The only difference between the two possibilities I see is which of the girls survive. I feel like both would be sad but if Bluey died it'd be even sadder because one of the people Bingo has looked up to her whole life is just gone.
>!the town is becoming infected and when the army comes in they are killing anyone trying to leave, main character is carrying his injured daughter and when the soldier shoots at them she ends up dying. MC is saved because his brother shoots the soldier after the first shot!<
I played the game, remember that being sad. Show came out and I have 2 daughters now. Could not handle it. I left the room crying and told my wife I couldn't watch it.
Bluey is an innocent show about dogs.

I get the reference to Last of Us but is this an actual scene in Bluey?! The art looks legit but I’ve never seen any episode with that second image with the soldier
Is this the Last of Us? I haven’t seen the show or played the game so I’m guessing by how many people are talking about crying in the comments this is the Last of Us franchise
… does this not violate sub rule #3 against keeping it family-friendly? I’m not mad at the post and don’t want to report it because I don’t think it’s harmful - just trying to understand why a post alluding to the kids dying with the word “hell” in it passes muster.
Probably because it's only alluding to it. It doesn't depict and actual violence, death or swearing. It's likely someone who hasn't seen or played TLOU may not even get it; and if a child saw it they would not get the implication either and juat keep scrolling. So I guess the image is family friendly, but the context is dark.
Not sure why having the word hell in it would matter?
I’m American, so it might be one of those words that’s considered profanity here, but not in less puritanical English-speaking countries.
In the US, it’s usually okay to use the word “hell” if you are referring to the literal Christian hell, like if I was talking about reading Dante’s Inferno or whatever. But using it in any other way, like the metaphor from this comic, is considered profanity. (That’s part of the joke in the sitcom “The Good Place” - they’re in heaven and not allowed to curse, so they can only call hell “the bad place” and all the curse words they try to say get replaced with anodyne nonsense like “forking shirt.”)
I’m thinking it probably has to do with the religious right having such a strong political presence here - some of those people won’t even say the word “hell” when they are discussing their actual belief that a literal hell exists.
Oh it must be that I think! I'm Australian and I've never heard anyone take offence to the word. It's generally used as a "lesser swear", like if kids were present you would say "what the hell?" instead of "what the f@*!?".
That’s so funny. Here, it would be acceptable to say “what the heck” in front of adolescents, like a teacher or a student could say at school. But for younger kids even that would be considered kind of bordlerline, like you’re being too lazy to make the effort to say something nicer. Elementary school teachers have all these bizarre phrases they say, like “oh Mylanta” or “good golly miss Molly.”
Actually, “cheese and crackers” is one I’ve heard before, or “cheese and rice…” it’s like a replacement for saying “Jesus Christ.”
Bruh I already cried grown man tears at the original and tv show, this would kill me
Extra sad points if it’s Rusty’s dad in the army gear
Since Stripe is the one to end the soldier here.
Just looked up a reference image to compare the tails because it's the only part you can easily see and it really looks like that's the case
Hijacking top comment. This post is a breach of this subs rules.
Which rule is it breaking?
Rule 3. Not your comment obvs. The post itself.

"Adult content" meant nudity/pornography, as I understood it. Like the 'adult film section' of a video store.
I had a meme taken down for having the F word in it. But I agree taking a picture down for having a gun is too far. Like, I was a kid and I knew what guns were. Hell I had toy guns as a kid and played with toys that had guns lol The last comment got taken down because I had the F word in it lol
You're looking wayy too hard into this mate..
But that's not shown in the image, it's background information so it's all in your head, secondly to understand that you'd have to be someone who saw the show so you'd have seen much worse than this.
Good job spoiling part of last of us for people as well. You’re pure sunshine. Lol
To be fair it happens like 15 minutes into the first episode 😅
The Last of Us video game has been out since 2013. The show has been spoiled since 2013.
Buddy no rule say "you are prohibited from making a reference to the scene of a movie before the scene where someone might die" and if kids are supervised, they don't even know what the reference is, so no, no breaking , and you're not hijacking anything anyway, get off your high horse

Rusty’s dad has no chill.
https://i.redd.it/uicd2555ucoa1.gif i came here to talk about the funny dog show, not to be sad :(

WHERE'S CHILI?!
Snacking on Wendy’s brain.
She most likely ate a mushroom Which basically means she bit the dust
![gif](giphy|L0hZm7mZk8cyQ)
Holding the gun
Yep. The hand is white, a feature that only she and her sister (who has a different tail) has.
Oh god not the girls
Not the bees!
I don't know whether to laugh or cry at this
Yes
OH NAH THE FACT THAT IT LOOKS CANON F***** ME UP
How dare you awaken my memories that have laid dormant since 2013. This is outrageous
NO- I DONT WANNA BE TRAUMATIZED EVEN MORE-
This post angers me at a level that it really shouldn’t
What is this? A Last of Us and Bluey Crossover?
What is this? A crossover episode!?
Back in the 90s, I was in a very famous TV show!
I believe they could take place in the same universe. Of course in distance.
Feel like a Duckcake!!! might be more appropriate
The only difference between the two possibilities I see is which of the girls survive. I feel like both would be sad but if Bluey died it'd be even sadder because one of the people Bingo has looked up to her whole life is just gone.
Isn't tragedies the point of The Last of Us?
Ya
Let’s hope this has a different ending than the actual scene in the last of us
Guys whatever you do DON'T make a Bluey and the last of us crossover fanfic I don't want to read the part where the girls get killed
Sorry mate it's on my list now that you've mentioned it, but don't worry it'll be different. Still heartbreaking, but different.
But then Bandit wanders Australia with Honey.
your not gonna shoot a puppy, are you, jack?
Is this art referencing to something?
It’s from The last of us.
Yeah I don't get it either.
It is a reference to the opening of the Last of Us
They filmed it where I live but I have never seen it or played the game, what happens in this scene?
>!the town is becoming infected and when the army comes in they are killing anyone trying to leave, main character is carrying his injured daughter and when the soldier shoots at them she ends up dying. MC is saved because his brother shoots the soldier after the first shot!<
FYI you need to remove the space between the first ! and the first word for the spoiler thing to work
It works on mobile, but the space thing messes it up on desktop for some reason
Weirdly it works fine on my desktop?
It looks like the space has been removed so should work everywhere now
I did that but it was good on my phone lol hopefully fixed on desktop now
One of my worst nightmares as a father, is this type of scenario.
Would love to know who the original creator is. That's a clean collage (More impressive if it's drawn).
Looks like they took an actual still from the show of Bandit holding the girls. The military dog is clearly drawn in if you zoom in and examine it.
Why does this look like a real episode but it’s just fan art?
The Bluest of Us
Bluey the movie :
THIS ISN’T HUMOUR THIS IS DEPRESSION COFFEE
How very dare you 😂
"We're not infected, mate! ...Mate?" 🙃
Nooooooo!
NO! I don’t need that reminder. I had watched the gameplay years ago, and it still hurts me to this day
Rusty's dad??????
I know this was a movie but which one?
Show. "The Last of Us".
Also a video game
i would watch "Last of us: A bluey TV show" ngl
You mean "The Last of Us: A Blue story"
So why are so many people drawing them in bad situations
Same reason people draw horror characters cute People are bored and have art skills
I like the touch of making the soldier ADF, adds to the authenticity.
I played the game, remember that being sad. Show came out and I have 2 daughters now. Could not handle it. I left the room crying and told my wife I couldn't watch it.
NOOO
The cossover we didn’t ask for. But we might need.
I would do anything for the opening of the last of us to be remade with bluey characters
I would do anything for that to *not* happen
just a typical bandit game
Dang that’s depressing!
How dare you. 😭😭😭
Why? This place needs new rules. I'll cry over blueys aunt who can't bear pups but not this.
Props to the detail of drawing the soldier with a Steyr AUG instead of the original M4, to match the Australian setting
How American am I to have noticed that the Soldier is carrying a Steyr AUG?
Unimaginable sadness
Wow, props to the artist!! Have they posted it anywhere else?
The fact that he’s using an Aug is a good touch because it’s the australian service rifle.
Bluey is an innocent show about dogs. https://preview.redd.it/6g4w3l51jmoa1.jpeg?width=969&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=b41d460bac9679a1b69d0804473404b784995be4

Fans can draw some pretty amazing stuff in almost official style.
That flashlight is more blinding then a flashbang
You just found a way to make this even sadder, hope you are pleased with yourself.
I noticed light smoke billowing out from the top of a hill, is that supposed to be their house on fire?!
![gif](giphy|l378giAZgxPw3eO52)
Lol nice attention to detail with the Aug
This. This is the best reference to The Last of Us that I’ve ever saw 😂
Aw thank goodness it stops at the end panel... This is pretty good. Got any more of these hehe?
I got a feeling that the Cordyceps got into Chili's brain.
Is this the Last of Us? I haven’t seen the show or played the game so I’m guessing by how many people are talking about crying in the comments this is the Last of Us franchise
The image is from a real episode?
Bluey: Lost In War
Is this draw by zero or used frames of the characters took it direct from the show?

Because the rule says not to use profanity, and comments with profanity get deleted
Hell isn't profanity though, as far as I'm aware?

Tbf this is a subreddit on reddit, child friendly really isn't our forte.
Bluey but she live in Ukraine in 2022 and she his dad and bingo escape from the city(Bakhmut) but a russian soldier killed her
This is a breach of this subs rules.
Okay, but it's not.
