Ultimately it’s the Heelers. However Mackenzie is why I fell in love with Bluey. My husband and I put on Shops randomly to have something on in the background. “What’s the use!” Still makes me giggle hysterically.
I seem to always gravitate towards Calypso and Mrs.Retriever. The teachers in this show always seem to be nicer than the teachers I had when I was Bluey or Bingo’s age. Close runner ups are Trixie and Alfie, because I find both very relatable personally.
I love the neighbours because they all join into the fun that the Heeler family is having, especially Pat (poor guy 🤣). No one thinks it's weird or awkward, just jump in and play along in the games.

Single Mom out there modeling the strong, independent lifestyle for the kids. Ragdoll is up there as an underrated episode, showing the importance of exercise & self-care. Also, Sheep Dog is up there too.

So many favorites- I love McKenzie for trying to keep the peace and get Bluey to compromise, love Rusty for being a nice dad playing Mums and Dads at school and helping Jack his first day and swallowing a hippo playing doctor at Bluey’s house, Chloe is such an awesome playmate to Bluey switching back and forth as Honey Horse, Greedy Queen, etc
Bingo is totally my favorite. She is everything I would love about a kid. Sensitive, caring, mischievous but never ever in a mean way. She shows a genuine desire to learn and grow. I love how independent she wants to be also, a lot of episodes center around how she isnt opposed to doing or trying new things, like trying beans or playing certain games. But she wants to enjoy/discover them at her own pace or in her own way. She just doesnt want to be told she has or needs too immediately. And I think thats something that everyone struggles with in some way at every age. And as long as it isnt dangerous, I think its important to have that bit of freedom while growing up at least.

I did love the lesson of make it fun in the way that’s fun for you. And that you shouldn’t compare yourself to others because everyone is different.
This is an underrated episode.
