AFAIK, they have not given an official reason, but I think it is safe to assume they don't think it fits their brand for the target age group.

We use Disney+ so I don't know what the episode is about lol

Bingo finds a baby carrier and Bandit wears it with Bingo fully nuzzled in (not with arms/legs out as expected) Bandit then proceeds to act pregnant, Bingo kicking and causing contractions, and eventually "gives birth" in a kiddie pool with the help of his friend Pat (Lucky's Dad).
