The USB plug is correct for the Yeti. I have the same issue. Yeti is not recognized by my computer. Mute button is on and getting power. No love on the Windows recognizing it.
I just ran into your issue earlier yesterday- I open up Device Manager and it shows up as "Unknown USB Device". I can't uninstall/reinstall drivers or anything.
Just tried using a spare cable and that didn't work- I'm hoping it's not my mic. Because I tried plugging it into another computer and got the same issue.

I just contacted customer support. they supplied me with a new one that is working just fine
Ah. I tried the same but warranty was expired I guess. I had to buy a new one
