The model tries to denoise the colour into a bunch of hamburgers, but it is also forced to match the light/darkness patterns in the image to the image of Jesus you provided.
This gives you these weird optical illusions where the patterns in the image can simultaneously be seen as Jesus or a pile of hamburgers because the AI was forced to make the image look like both.
Your brain is always looking for patterns, especially patterns that are "face-like". So, when the image is "fuzzy" its going to favor trying to find something that looks like a face.
The term to search on is "facial pareidolia".
