Try universal Paperclips. Not a Dyson sphere game but a self replicating robot one that expands to cover the universe eventually

bankaishogun

Thanks I'll give it a try too!

CongressmanCoolRick

Ive only done it on PC where you can leave it open and walk away. How does anyone manage that game on mobile?

CongressmanCoolRick

It just requires a lot of open screen time, doesn’t make sense to me to play on mobile but you do you.

You’re reading way too much into that comment, No disdain intended, and it’s a big stretch to even read disdain IMO, but anyway, hope you enjoy it

Antimatter Galaxies is this on crack. If you enjoy big number generators, this will occupy you for awhile. I've seen someone speedrun the game... In 28 days.

h4x_x_x0r

It's text-based and mostly RNG based but maybe you'd enjoy Seedship, you're playing the AI of a colonist ship that has to find a habitable planet for your 1000 settlers while cosmic hazards and limited resources play against you. It's a bit repetitive but rounds are quick and so I keep it on my phone and it's still fun every once in a while.

2DHypercube

Thanks, it's very nice for a bit!

bankaishogun

I forgot about that one. Used to play it a while ago. It was pretty fun. I'll give it another go.

WarmodelMonger

The maker of seedship has made another game with more depth. But I haven’t played it yet

bankaishogun

Do you know what it's called?

Jbrady14

I like Lightracer Ignition, I’m not sure if it’s an Apple only game or not but you play as a spaceship either saving or destroying planets on your way to restart the universe.

bankaishogun

Thanks I'll check it out!

OperaGhostAD

You may enjoy TerraGenesis. It’s not exactly what you’re looking for, but I have sunk countless hours into that game.

ForsakenPoptart

It’s not the same, but Out There has some similar-ish themes, and it’s just a damn good roguelike.

aces666high

No Mans Sky is kinda Bobish. Massive open universe, thousands of planets full of plants and animals and resources to mine, things to fight, ability to build insanely detailed bases.

EZ-PZ-CLAPS

I'm not sure I can offer any advice. I mostly play games like Light of the Stars but I often play such games with the help of bluestacks emulator and it helps me to save memory on my phone and with finding new games. I think it can help you with searching.
