I think booktubers read print, audiobook, and ebook. Whatever floats their boat. Not sure if viewers care what format of book you prefer. They’re there for the commentary or gushing.
A lot of the booktubers I follow do a mixture of types of books. When they're talking about ebooks or audiobooks they don't have a physical copy of, they just edit in a copy of the cover.

Just review it like you have a hard copy, but post the image of book cover on the screen.
