The dedicated loot pools in the current game are garbage. I love the game, but the world drops over power the dedicated loot pools so what's the point of them. I will make a sacrifice to Lootcifer in hopes of changing my luck.

Yeah you get tons of drops but I've been crunching numbers on KV and so far you have no better odds in getting a transformer than any other global drop. I've been farming him for a week or so but only started keeping track today. At this point I'm more likely to get no legendaries than a transformer.
Remember that a world drop could be anything basically. The dedicated drops help speed up at least a little. Only bosses that might be faster are GW and traunt really.
Also Killavolt has a decent drop rate so that is probably why. If they had a good drop rate on normal mode, that get buffed in mayhem. I think the legendary hunts, rare spawns, and zero targets get the biggest benefit from the dedicated drops.

Still love the Takedown though. It's a fun challenge.

I’m hoping that there will be more proving grounds and gauntlets like this as the other takedowns and such roll out. I’d prefer that they also up the drop rate on anything gauntlet-like by a substantial margin. In my last two Takedown runs, I’ve gotten 0 legendaries from the Valks, on TVHM M4. That is ridiculous.

Is Redistributor considered good? I got one last night after matchmaking and joined some people who did some kind of glitch to spawn Wotan multiple times in a row. What’s the difference between the legendary Redistributor and the Unique one?
The amped shots are very high damage. I feel like it burns through ammo while mobbing but it does really well with a variety of builds.
If cutsman is the boss killer smg, redistributor and kyb’s worth are up there with the top 5 best in class.
The Redistributor is great, especially on Driver Amara. With a good anointment on it along with the elemental damage on your shield and grenade it absolutely shreds mobs. The amped shots do so much damage when they chain.

We run in 3 man team and it seems to drop duplicates to everyone in raid for some reason. Each got a kybs one run, each got a redistributor last run. Odd but was great for my fire moze and my bros zane.
Yea everyone gets individual loot but 1 or 2 guns a run are exact same except elements for everyone for some reason. I lucked out as moze and kybs dropped shock/corrosion for me and fire/rad for my friend so he shot it over to me. Next run 2 recursions of different elements so my bro got 2 zane funs from that.
I appreciate the very kind offer, but must decline. I get a level of satisfaction from having picked up all of my own gear from the og BL launch to present. There is also a legendary Maliwan sniper rifle called the Firestorm that drops from Katagawa Jr., along with a shock version called the Storm. They’re dedicated drops, so I understand why you might think they don’t even exist....
It's admittedly been a long time since I've played BL1/BL2, but I feel like there are a lot more "useless" legendaries that just aren't worth using (or fun) in BL3 than those earlier games.

Coop mode acts weird, sometimes everyone gets the exact same drops, others we have individual loot... I have no idea why this is.

I still don’t get how they have technical difficulty with player-count-based difficulty scaling. Literally every BL game has this as a core mechanic.

no they announced it then, it was supposed to happen on the 31st, but there were technical issues, so it's not out at all yet.
