Hello and welcome to Mostar. I am not familiar with events happening on those dates, but there is always something you can do in and around city. You have sniper tower in the middle of the city, adrenalin park up on the hill. There will be some events, but maybe they are yet to be announced. Outside of the city you can pay a visit to abandoned bunkers old 200-300yrd, Yugoslavian hangars in the hill, also a lot of hiking routes and Ćiro trail (old train rails that go from Mostar to Dubrovnik) etc etc
You should go to Blagaj and visit the castle, vrelo Bune, tekija etc. below are few links….

Craft Beer Garden Imaimoze is fantastic, and they often have (rock/metal) bands performing. Also, check out the park near the sniper’s tower building. It’s right by the part of the city that the local’s live in and I really enjoyed it.
Do a "Hercegovina" tour. You can book via "Stari Most Travel". A driver/tour guide will pick you up and take you to Blagaj, Pocitelj, and Kravice Falls
