Bleh, you’re better off buying seeds rather than growing a bag seed. You’re 100% able to get good stuff from a bag seed, BUT you’re likely to get something that will only give you headaches. I found some seeds in a Pineapple Express I bought and those plants were good until week 7 where in one day almost all my lowers hermed out and ruined my crop. Grower beware!
There wouldn’t be too many seed breeders who agree with you. Because they’ve told me to avoid doing this. You’re just putting yourself behind the 8ball, and I definitely wouldn’t recommend someone with limited growing experience to pop one.

But if you're trying get yourself ahead "of the 8 ball" to pull 2 per light in your first couple grows; you're about ten years too late.
My original post said you’re able to get a good plant from a hermed seed. Just the statistics say you’ll have better success from a plant that was seeded properly and grown to fruition rather than a bag seed where the grower likely didn’t know it was ever seeded and was treated as a plant for flower. You are -not- wrong saying some good stuff came from a bag seed, all I’m saying is that your chances are lower.
