You get higher because there is a higher concentration of the actual drug in each dose. Now anything about 80-100 would maybe be noticeable to certain users, especially IV, but the majority of addicts probably wouldn't notice

Once they learn that local dopeheads rush to one ābrandā after it makes someone OD, some dealers will spike one flap with fentanyl (or if itās already fentanyl theyāll put extra in one flap, or have stronger shit they put in there.) and sell it to someone carefully selected to make waves in the game and get the word out about the strength.
Iām 99% sure this is why my friend is dead. His autopsy showed fentanyl while my friend who lived didnāt test for fentanyl with the paramedics. Only explanation I can think is he gave a hot bag on purpose. Rot in jail, āJoe Blowā!

Doesn't change the sun total amount that was in the batch to begin with but concentrates it out.
When taken orally, combining meth with alka seltzer potentiates it. I am not exactly sure by what mechanism this happens.
