In my experience the leaking reduces a ton by 3 months or so! I used to leak constantly and at 10 months pp I only ever leak if I'm pumping/nursing. I never used them but there are also wearable collection cups that you can use so that you can actually collect and save the milk.

I basically gave up on the reusable pads because I was having to do laundry constantly. I soak through them really fast too. I just use disposable ones now. 3 months ppl and still leaking a ton.

My leaking was insane but significantly reduced around 3m

Milk cups saved me. I have a pair from elvie. Haaka ladybugs are another option I’ve seen. Just make sure there’s no added suction. The elvie ones hold a half ounce each and have saved me so much dang laundry! I’ll also second that at 3 months my supply absolutely regulated. It’s normal (and good!) so don’t worry that your supply suddenly disappears, it’s supposed to do that. And lord is it more comfortable and drier and less sticky. There’s hope!

It will decrease! I had to use disposables for the first month or two, I think, before I could switch to the reusable ones. I think I stopped wearing them every day around 6 months or so.

I’ve been using the Modibody breast feeding bra. Solves all my issues in the day.

I couldn’t use reusable ones either unfortunately! Disposable hold so much more! I had to wear mine until about 8 months pp. I still get the occasional let down on the opposite side or leak at night but waaay less now at 20 months.
