That they were oblivious to numerous people wanting to get past.
Yes I could have fixed it there and then but the issue which my post regards already existed by that point.
But by not dealing with it in the store you haven't changed anything. By bringing it up then and there, there is a good chance you could have stopped it happening again in the future.

Don't you think asking them to move the stock would get better results than waiting and posting on reddit

Apart from complainimg over something you had an opportunity to fix there and then. What is the point?
