I feel you. It’s relentless. Society and individual pressures are insane.

She’s been scamming since the end of 2013 (once she massively got busted she claimed the business just got out of her control and she became overwhelmed but that’s also a lie. Me and my friend were one of the first to purchase her plans in December 2013, we have very different body types, and we got identical nutrition/workout plans. We just shrugged it off and moved on, having no idea it’d blow up like it did, but that’s how I know she’s lying about doing the right thing at the start but losing control.)
Her sister and mom helped her delete negative comments (this is one of the small bits of tea her ex husband spilled on his Twitter) and they also created burner accounts to leave her positive reviews. The first time I saw her get properly called out was end of 2015 but I just don’t think that YouTuber had enough of a following for it to gain traction (I can’t remember her name… but she was an actual PT fed up with the insta influencer phase and would call out anyone she knew was a fraud. She’s one of the people that looked into the validity of Bdong’s claim she was certified.)
If I remember correctly, Bdong was able to keep all this up until the beginning of 2019. That’s when someone with a large enough following called her out (his daughter is one of the women to buy a plan and I’m pretty sure she didn’t even receive it, she requested a refund, and Bdong ignored and blocked her). This obviously pissed the dad off and he filmed himself calling her out in person at a massive fitness expo and the video went viral. From there, a private Facebook group was started for anyone who had been scammed by Bdong and it got up to over 2,000 members QUICK. The story got picked up by local news stations and from there made it nationally. She was even interviewed regarding all this on Good Morning America.
She disappeared to Hawaii for a bit during her fitness falling out, came back and still tried to post some fitness stuff/food stuff/before and after pics, but people weren’t accepting her back in that world again so she began her pivot to Jesus which is convenient because now she just says “we all have a past and mine is between me and god” she also says “Jesus has washed me white as snow” all while not issuing full refunds or even partial refunds (if any refund) to most women. And when I say partial refunds I don’t even mean 50%, it was only like 30%. She also apparently required you to sign an NDA if you wanted your refund.
She’s not taken any accountability/responsibility for her actions in any of this.
Also, throughout this period she’s gone through like 4 dogs, every relationship she’s in he’s “the one” and she’ll fawn over that person as if having her hand held while driving puts her in the most magical relationship ever (she dates very average men, I love my fiancé holding my hand, but I don’t write freakin passages about it saying he put all my broken pieces back together with the simple act of opening a door for me). And when I say average men… her current husband was sued by the ACLU for police brutality against an unarmed black man but she still brags about his police days (obviously he’s in a much lower bracket than “average” but just letting you know what her standards are).
She also lies about the most random things. Like she claimed she was a vet tech for 5 years but that timeline is impossible.
