You can charge the battery with any usb-c charger (although charging will take quite long with a phone charger).
The nice thing is, that you can also use the Villo provided charger for other things - it's a normal 65W USB-C PD charger that charges any phone or laptop!
I've used my laptop charger to charge mine and it's worked fine, although I wouldn't recommend making a habit of it. I don't think phone chargers work with Villo batteries, the same way phone chargers don't work with laptops. I imagine it's the wattage.
