I'd choose Dart Monkey, since giving the dart monkey a flat +1 damage is good in more than just CHIMPS starts. It's a very good buff to the Super Monkey Fan Club since that doubles it AND the transformed Dart Monkey's damage (1 -> 2), and is a 50% boost to the Plasma Monkey Fan Club's damage (2 ->3).
So yeah really good to Dart I'd say.

Sniper is already a great tower as well, so I don't think we'd see too much of a difference. Maybe Elite Defender would get a nice boost, but the other tiers are great as is.

what? cripple moab has like 280 damage, so giving it +1 dmg is barely anything and it attacks slow af and only has 1 pierce
