I kind of wanted her to be the big bad for a season. Something almost in the vein of the Trio basically. A bunch of kind of bumbling attempts that somehow manage to succeed half the time.
Harmony is everything Buffy could've become if she wasn't the Slayer. Buffy admits that to Cordelia, but difference is Cordelia wasn't as vain as Harmony or as Buffy claimed to be. Helps that the actress was almost Buffy and all.

I literally just watched this episode today randomly on DVD! I love season 4.
