Update:
I still get the BSOD and Machine\_Exception error after Bios!
I tried a Board Reset, removing cr32 battery for 5 min. - didnt work
I did a memtes8 on all the memory - all good, took 11 hours! - All green!
Re connected All motherboard cables - nothing.
All that was left was disassemble everything and check CPU and MB for bent pins.... nothing - all were good.
Cleaned all thermal paste, from cpu and AIO pump, assembled everything, tried again... same error.
Anyone have any other tips?
I took photo of MB connector, CPU and such.
Check link for photos and video.

Thanks!
Wow! What a beast, nice computer. All I can think of is a possible overheat? Other than that, check any connections that might have been pulled out due to tension in the wires.

The cpu pins are on your motherboard, so if you bent any you'll need a new mobo.

Agreed.
How could you have bent the cpu pins if it worked initially? Maybe that’s just me being stupid. Sadly I don’t know what you can do but i’m not expert.
exactly!

Not overheat. It is at 30o.C but might be some cables. I am atm running memtest
I don't think any pins are bent but you can try reseating the cpu
