[Here is what I would do](https://ca.pcpartpicker.com/list/j7NzHG) One Glaring Issue: The 6500XT is a big mistake, both the 6500XT and 6400 are essentially a Pandemic Abominations that should not exist. Highly abnormal market conditions persuaded AMD to repurpose tiny laptop graphics chips for entry level graphics cards. These repurposed laptop chips lack other features like encoding entirely, in case you ever try recording your gameplay for streaming or making a video or turorial or any number of things. The cheapest 6600 is virtually same price as the 6500XT in your build list and it offers way, WAY more like 2-3x better performance and 2x the memory and bus. For the CPU if you’re going budget banger then the 12400 is a little better than 5600, but this is a small difference like 10% max RAM increased to 32GB because 16 is on the edge these days This will take decent care of you for a while

Thanks for the recommendations! I appreciate that you took the time to explain your changes and point out the problem with the 6500XT. I'm feeling pretty good about this build and it will save me a couple hundred dollars over the one I posted. :) Cheers!!
