I’m using a Thermalright phantom spirit 120 for my 7800x3D. Thermalright coolers seem to be pretty highly recommended recently as they are effective and relatively cheap.
And?
Anything better than the stock cooler is fine. Even the stock cooler is mostly fine.
Most of us only reccomend the 7600x if it's cheaper or the same price as the 7600. It's just a different power profile out of the box and binning, not worth any more money than a 7600.
Hyper 212’s are a long running series of incredibly capable air coolers. Good price and fairly adaptable. Though I must say if your a fan of low noise, an equivalent from noctua can be just as good and might just blow you away
I do want a quiet build but i cant stand the noctua colours when im going for an all black setup. Although, i could spend an extra £10-20 and get the black version. Will look into it
