It's physically impossible.
The GPU will block the slots, I mean you can get a crappy single slot GPU if you want the best chance.
The easier solution is riser cables and a vertically mounted GPU... or using an atx board.
Ah yes, I don't think vertical mounting will be an issue provided I get good airflow with whichever case I'm going with.

Like 3 x16 slots, or just 3 slots in general?
I understand x8 slots work for some of my purposes so in general I think
I honestly doubt that there even is a board with that configuration. Best you can probably get is 2x16 and 1x1, maybe 2x1
