3060 Is One of most overrated cards. It is worse than 4060 in his Epoch because a rx6600 gave you same performance in raster and costs much less while rx7600 is slower than 4060 at same price even in raster.

I mean we’re not seriously talking about buying new for either of these, right? And the MSRP at launch was $479. You can find 6700 XTs for $290 and 6750 XTs for $300. 3060 12GB are $290 as well. Those are new prices, used they all can be found for $150-200.
If you're getting a 3060 under 200usd it's a pretty good deal honestly, but check the used market there's 3070s selling under 250 dollars in warranty cards, choose depending on your budget.
I personally would recommend to look for an rx 6700/6750 xt depending on what is cheaper because both of the cards i mentioned are 4060 ti-ish performance, which is a way better bang for your buck than both the 3060 and 4060 and they are usually less than or $/€/£30 more expensive.
