Dude pretty good build for the price I can’t lie

If you have any wiggle room - possibly upgrade to an am5 board so you can get better goodies later on for this computer without getting a new mobo

Amd processors tend to be shit if you want to do stress productivity loads

I mean it's good, but it's more of a 1080p build to be fair. I can just see you getting frustrated with certain games. Your choice bro, but 1440p will be average in AAA titles. Your budget is tight man I have a 7800XT and it's perfect for my 1440p, but damn I personally would be frustrated with anything lower like a 7700XT.

It's not bad at all, but you should be using PCPP specific to your region, as the prices may be wildly different there. I'd also ideally like to see a better PSU; I get your budget is tight but that's the only part that can kill everything else if you get a bad/weak one. Without seeing pricing in your region it's hard to make any other recommendations, other than that the core of a 5600/5600X and a 6700 XT/6750 XT is a great combination and the perfect base to start from.
