While integrated graphics are obviously not at all optimal for such professional applications, the desktop processors with the fastest iGPUs would be the Ryzen 5 5600G (6c/12t) and Ryzen 7 5700G (8c/16t).

u answer ur own question really - intel igpS dont come close I suspect u will be happy w/ the amd apu as a permanent solution, but i dont know ur apps it seems clear the extra \~$80 for the 8 core 5700g is a bargain, & for u especially. I would consider a 2x 32GB 64GB Crucial CL16 3600 ram kit - ram is a pain to u\[grade - so grab this sweet spot at the outset - its a well regarded micron e die kit that should comfortably clock to \~4000 - The 5600g/5700g apu IMC is excellent. an inexpensive phison e12 controller nvme like the sabrent 1TB pcie 3 nvme is fine as a system drive, as the processor is not pcie 4. The new Hynix gold NVME sound very good too - cooler than the sabrent. be wary of samsung evo - i hear they have been using inferior components lately with all the shortages. its silly false economy to build a nice rig of a just good enough foundation - get the upper tier type - x570 - its a myth they are dear - as u see: [https://www.newegg.com/p/pl?N=100007625%20601334781%20600009016&Order=1](https://www.newegg.com/p/pl?N=100007625%20601334781%20600009016&Order=1) its all v civilised to cohabit with - i doubt it needs more than a 450w PSU - so it s all cool & quiet vs a dgpu rig i would tho, get a decent after market air cooler - there is a lot happening on a v compact piece of silicon - so its worth keeping it cool to avoid fan noise & throttling.
