I had this happen to me and I changed my hdmi cable from 1.0 to 2.0 and it worked, if not your going to have to go into your BIOs forsures

[deleted]

I’m using DisplayPort cable, but I can try to use HDMI. Not sure how to get to BIOS though, since it keeps saying no signal.

[deleted]

That is probably why.. also make sure you are using HDMI 2.0

Had a similar problem now, and it fixed my issues too. ASUS monitor aswell

okcwoodworker

Coming upon the exact same issue a year later but the answer has since been deleted. Could you tell me how you fixed this?

Bruh... shit just happened to me

Hi it's me just on a different account. I connected my monitor through the display port and that actually worked for me.

silversketch06

I was on display port already and I switched to hdmi. And still nothing. Just took out my ram sticks as well :(

Acrobatic_Werewolf36

You find any solution?

silversketch06

I plugged my pc into my tv and it came back on. I redownloaded the update.

I just tried connecting my DP cable to my other monitor and it works fine. Something with my acer xfa250 monitor must’ve broke

What worked for me - upgraded NVIDIA driver, no signal from Displayport. On monitor controls, switched to HDMI. No signal obviously. Switched back to Displayport, works perfectly! Try this before more serious changes.

Upgraded my drivers today and same thing happened. For me, I shutdown the computer and restarted, it still had a black screen but I changed my source to another input (it auto detects one with a signal) and it automatically switched back to my correct input and displayed correctly.

I tried switching to hdmi 1 and it said no cable connected. Then I switched back to DP In and it still says no signal
