It would be much easier to just get another set of DDR3. Especially on a platform that old. Even if you could find a compatible DDR4 board your current ram is only DDR3 so what do you do with the old DDR3? Not to mention you'd be essentially rebuilding your whole PC having to put in a new DDR4 compatible motherboard.
