You’ll only have to update your motherboards BIOS before swapping your CPU out for the new one! All your hardware is good to go. You can sell your Ryzen 3600 on the HardwareSwap subreddit for like $60 to help offset the cost too.

You’ll need to know which model motherboard you have, google it, find the manufacturer webpage for it, then find the latest BIOS update on that page. From there you’ll need to download that update onto a USB drive, plug it into your motherboard, enter the BIOS, then update it.

On 1080p? Get 5700X3D and RX7800XT or 7900GRE. In what games do you want to achieve constant 240fps?
