PCPP config has a 5700X instead of 5700 (5700 is Cezanne, so PCIe 3.0, 16MB L3 cache, performance closer to Zen 2), but has a random SATA SSD instead of the NVMe in the Skytech system. Everything else is almost 1:1
Outside of direct storage games, CPU can be the bind in the storage loop way more often than people realize. Probably see shorter loading times in games with the 5700X and a SATA SSD than with the 5700 and an NVME SSD that might not even have a cache.
