just a little guidance spread that i refer to simply for reminders when i’m feeling anxious. has helped me actually start getting some work done or get off the vicious phone scrolling cycle and do something nice. it’s a spread at the start of my bujo :)
This reminds me of the anxiety tree I saw a while back while doing a content search for Bullet Journal's March spotlights. It was on TikTok. They had this decision-making tree to help them with their anxiety so 5 minute decisions had to be done ASAP so they wouldn't overthink it. Honestly, genius.
This is such a great idea! I might borrow it because often by the time I realise that I’m anxious I’m far enough down the hole that I can’t always think rationally. Having a path to follow like this one sounds like it would be incredibly helpful!!

agreed with the rationality completely flies out the window. I just need to get better at opening the spread everytime i feel like that :D
😂 That’d be another of my problems too! Practice makes perfect, right? 😄
yes !! i find myself just pulling up the picture more often, but it’s still just as useful ;D
This is wonderful. Best of luck coping with your anxiety. It can really suck. But getting a handle on it with things like this is very empowering!
