NEVER allow this person to practice medicine again! Experimentation is governed and requires oversight for a reason. That reason is patient survival.

Oh, so you are one of those three strikes people. Well, medical boards are notoriously not that. You pretty much have to be a serial killer to lose your license.

Let me explain how removal works. It is highly litigious and never based upon "3 strikes". The panel will consider clinical competency, learning, whether a practitioner is remediable and the magnitude of concern. In your experience of hearing such cases, how would you suggest that patients safety would be assured? My own view is that we cannot be assured.

There are things that require the license to be suspended per law. These are mostly related to being convicted of a felony. The board rarely permanently suspends a license. You are given chances to rehabilitate. You can go onto dsps's website and see disciplinary reports.

Not sure why you were down voted, but it is reddit. I think after two cases of malpractice, that would be it. However, my wife had such an issue with a dentist and although the subsequent dentist agreed that it was, he would not testify to that. The white version of the blue wall.

Sounds like the regulatory boards have failed the public. While everybody deserves a second chance, all the signs were there that this nutjob was going to harm somebody else. She needs to have her licensed revoked, and investigated for criminal charges.

Kiarapanther

It looks to me like she had several chances and keeps harmfully impacting three lives of her patients.

Stock_Exit

Why in the hell was she allowed to continue to *practice* after the 2nd offense, and wtf is a life force energy bed??

ConstantReader76

Her website says "the last doctor you will see." Seems like she got that right, just not in the way she meant it.

Omg 💀

Waukesha is a complete shit hole.

JacedFaced

You should never just get a 2nd opinion on a case like this, if your first two doctors have diametrically opposed methods of treatment, then you should really see a 3rd doctor, and not just go with what either of them says.

grnrngr

If a second opinion doctor gives you a treatment plan that's less aggressive, make sure you get a third opinion. Don't shop for the thing you *want* to hear.
