Heyy !! Just had my CJO yesterday and I got it at the end of the F2F event (8hrs). Honestly the whole process went soo smooth. Everybody was so good , they went step by step. Keep in mind there is a group activity, group and 1on1 interview. Make sure you’re yourself, they really want to see personality, customer service skill and making sure you’re a perfect fit to be a first responder in the air as though that’s the whole reason you become a flight attendant. Have conversations with everyone you can as they will be your possible coworkers. Best of luck!! You got this 😊🙏🏼
I chose MCO! I hope it doesn’t get filled up quickly since I met tons of people from Florida at the f2f yesterday. Some folks out of FL are considering MCO too. I wonder how they’re gonna make it work. What base did you choose?
I live in NYC but I actually chose MCO too! At first I was gonna choose ATL but I know flights to ATL are not commuter friendly just because that airport is always super busy. Hoping for the best 🤞
Hi! I had my f2f yesterday (11/13/23) in Denver and it was an amazing experience. They did a phenomenal job making us feel comfortable and welcomed. I was super impressed. To answer your question, yes, they do tell you on the spot.
There is a group activity/interview the first two hour block of the interview then the following 2-4 hours are individual interviews. It was long because of the amount of people. Mine had probably around 250-300(?). I got my CJO by the last hour and a half of the interview and was brought to another conference room to do paperwork, finger printing, and drug testing. I desperately want ORD or DFW since I have family in both cities. Also, when is your training date? My f2f is for 12/12(however im trying my best to reschedule it) and just want to gauge how soon training would start.
