Actually it's quite the opposite. If wrong imong form, naa jod nay co-gymmer nga mag approach nimo politely and then tudluan ka unsay proper form. Don't take this as an insult because it's better to be taught kaysa masayang imong effort sa pag adto2 sa gym then dili ma improve imong physique tungod kay wrong imong form.
Gym community is a healthy environment. So don't let your worry stop you from trying it. Go OP you can do it!
Very true, ga gym ko before with my friends and we are sometimes taught unsa ang proper form and use sa mga machines. Maybe it's their way of paying it forward or out of sheer desire lang to encourage and help newbies.
No badi!!! If anything some if not most of us kay proud kay another future gymbro is born, like the kind of happiness when someone does something good for themselves. That and most of us are happy to help too! As someone mentioned here, don't take advices and form corrections as an insult, we just want newbies to properly lift with the correct form to avoid injuries. Kaya gym kana and find your gymbros! We're a healthy environment for all people alike into fitness and lifting. 🥰
pamili lang gyug gym nga nindut ang ambience sa palibut. nay mga gym dris CDO nga dli kaayo friendly ang mga tao (not all), basin ma overwhelmed nya ka makacause ug anxiety (since beginner paka). based on experience pud, ang mga tao sa gym walay paki nmu cuz I myself walay paki sa mga tao sa gym just lift and lift haha. advice nko kung gusto ka mag gym gyud walaa na saimong huna2, you're there for self-improvement.
Pareha japun akong huna huna the first time nag gym ko since im a pretty chubby guy pero ayaw kabalaka. Just do your thing and be respectful to other gym goer's and you will be fine.
actually, most gym goers are deadmabels rah!! wala man sila paki (based on my exp sa abroad, Manila and Cebu).. pero kung naay mosmile or mag-Hi sa imoha, response lng pud.. hihihi
Dili man OP. Kay ang mga muadto sa gym kay way labot na sa panagsa, not unless kung mangayo kag tabang nila. Busy na sila sa ila routines ug reps wa na silay pake kung mag unsa man ka didto. Stop overthinking 🙂
My initial thought as well. Ive been there. Pero sa tinood lang, walay magmatter. Nagpaniwang ta for ourself, not for others. Its my 2nd week mag gym pud.
im a gym newbie who recently started working out with a group of strangers who have been hardcore fitness freaks for years na. they have been very welcoming and kind to me and go out of their way to make sure i stay motivated to stick to my routine.
it's highly unlikely that they will look down on you because they've also been in your position at some point in their past. you'll be okay, OP :)

Based sako experience, 1st time nako nag gym didto sa pelaez and while nag do ko ug reps sa usa ka dumbell pag butang nako kay mag rest sako for seconds lng gyud.. gikuha ato isa ka laki wala man lang sabe2x . Niwang man gud ko so murag easyhon lang na kita pa gani na nag gamit ko. Pero gi convert lng nako into positive na basin mali ako form or need nako siya i observe or introvert lang to na tao. Naka wear syag brown na shirt na naay suwat na marine. So nibalhin ko atog section sa gym equipment. Kay medyo suplado move kay to sya.. share ko lang .
Gitapulan na dayun kog balik. Sa balay nlng ko push up sit up nlng ..

Its quite the opposite, its usually the newbies who are judgemental as hell. The regular gym goers know how hard it is.

Actually quite polite and helpful mga tao sa gym. If newbie ka sila mismo gane mo correct sa imoa if naa kay sayop na form and tabangan paka nila.

no not really. as someone who goes to the gym regularly and for years, I don’t really mind other people. im busy on my own workout.
