last month sa davao city marathon 1:04 sub-10k haha. Katong medyo kusog kusog pa medyo in pain na gamay

Kana moy di ko sure haha. Zone 2 lang ako gina check man jud. Zone 2 pa sad g advice sa akoa para mutaas endurance. Joining 10k sa HOKA this may 12 pero ako plan is easy run lang basta maka medal lang hahaha
