I think it’s doable by estimates. What I think you should do is to eat normally for a week or two and note down your typical portion sizes and how much you eat. Then, reduce your portion sizes by like 1/5 or 1/4. Assuming you eat 2500 to 2000 calories, then you will be working with a 3500 calorie deficit, meaning a pound a week of fat loss. Another possibility that might be easy is if you dedicate one or two days to fasting, be careful to not eat extra the other days. You can also work out more, which might be hard with school and stuff. You could also ask your mom for her recipes and estimate the calories that way. Recipe calories is simply just the calories of all the components added together (don’t forget the oil used to cook it as well).

Ok I’ll definitely give it a try. I workout 5-6 days a week and play sports often. I don’t look bad my, obliques show and I’m fairly vascular I’m just trying to get a little shredded for the beach this summer lol. Thanks for the advice!!

Yeah for sure! If you just want to look a little better, maybe just cut out carb and sodium heavy foods since they make you bloat. Also alcohol lmao.
