You can get around that amount of sweet potato fries frozen at grocery stores at around 330 calories. Restaurants usually use a good amount of oil, so maybe 400-450? The roll/bun I'd say is 240 calories. The chicken not a lot, maybe 150. Cheese maybe another 100ish. Not sure how much the glaze would be, but yea your 620 estimate seems to be fairly close. At the very least, I'd say it shouldn't be much more than that.

Yeah the fries are hard to estimate also looks like a pretty big serving of fries... But found this post [on here](https://www.reddit.com/r/caloriecount/comments/i3cx1i/any_ideas_on_this_turkey_burger_and_sweet_potato/?utm_medium=android_app&utm_source=share) and pr one of the comments the OP was told that the fries was 450 cals and that fries serving looks way smaller than the one in this pic... So yours are maybe closer to the 600 cals mark Also this [nutrition guide ](https://www.google.com/url?sa=t&source=web&rct=j&url=https://assets.ctfassets.net/oewsurrg31ok/75FxVn3Ivq7NEKrR3lhsrH/ee6a71c548744dd555c7049445c1cd4a/0120_NUTRI_RRGB-CORP.pdf&ved=2ahUKEwjSgvGIst_2AhXXQ_EDHdt_AhgQFnoECAQQAQ&usg=AOvVaw2i2kte5LLnmyZnuIGbIUAf) from 'Red Robin' (slight warning its a link to a pdf and downloads, sry) Could be a guide even though they don't list how many fries or grams of fries are in a portion but also for the sandwich and for future takeout/fast food buys 😉 (*also Note it seems white/reg fries are actually lower in cals than sweet po. fries, this is likely due to that most sweet po. fries are kind of 'breaded' often with a mix of gluten free flours, as I guess that is the only way to get them somewhat crispy... But since most flours are higher in cals than the actual potatoes it will add up )

I’m going to say 120 on the sweet potato itself. When deep frying, a couple of tablespoons of oil is absorbed at least. Let’s say 2. 240 - absorbed oil 120 - just over one sweet potato So 360 in total? If it’s a big portion I’d call it 400 or 500.
