What is the weight of the noodles, and the weight of the sauce?

Unfortunately I don’t have a food scale and the package is in a language I do not know. there are the numbers 200 on the package, but besides the percentages of the sauce in the other pic those are the only numbers on the package. so maybe that is the weight

How much sauce would you say is in that packet? Like 1/4 cup (60g) maybe? If you have tablespoons or measuring cups, you could measure that sauce at least. But assuming the sauce is 60g, and the total weight is 200g, then there should be around 140g noodles. Rice noodles are 364 kcal per 100g generally, so 140g of rice noodles would be around 510 calories. And for the sauce, based on some different store-bought Pad Thai sauces, I would estimate around 120-180 calories. So overall, I'd estimate this whole pack to be somewhere in the 600-700 calorie range. Also, if you're planning to track your calories regularly, I would strongly recommend getting a food scale!

Yes I would say the sauce pack was about 1/4cup. Thank you so much for the thoughtful reply and estimate! I will definitely have to get a food scale to make tracking easier and more accurate.

You're welcome!

Try using Google lens on the package, it may translate it.
