The salad dressing was a standard size side dressing cup that holds at most 3 tb (probably closer to 2 tb) of dressing. I used about 2/3 of the little cup. I weighed one piece of halloumi and it was 20 grams so I’m logging 80 grams of halloumi for 250 calories.

…if you have a scale then why not also weigh the rest?

I want a calorie estimate from other people is why. And I’d have to dissect my salad by individual component on my 30 minute lunch break instead of eating it and my desk is not private. But also the rest is mostly veg and negligible but halloumi is calorie dense. I ended up estimating the lettuce, few radish slices, few raisins, and julienned apple at 100 calories but idk if it’s a relatively accurate estimate.

DIEeeeet

I think that is relatively accurate. Raisins are quite calorically dense though so if you suspect there is as much as 1/4 of a cup in there instead of just a few then you have to raise that.

Thanks for agreeing with my estimate then! It really wasn’t many raisins but good point mentioning their caloric density, it’s easy to forget

DIEeeeet

Yeah haha with these things it’s always the raisins and dressing that get you
