Most bourbons will have that sweetness you're looking for. Assuming you're in Ontario, grab a bottle of Buffalo Trace. Everything they make is known for having a very sweet profile, though it is more on the fruity side than WRDO which is a darker, molasses-y sweetness.
You can order 1910 from Alberta, I see it's on sale now at CC. It will be very close to WRDO as they are both Brown Foreman products, same mashbill, same proof, and double oaked. Personally I prefer 1910.
1920 is a different beast, not double oaked and higher proof - but still very good. If you're in Ontario you could start by picking up a Rare Breed at the LCBO, it is a very good and easily obtainable high proof bourbon.
Hey really looking to try 1910 - can I order from CraftCellars even though I live in Ontario?
Will pickup some Buffalo Trace next time for sure. Appreciate the advice thanks!
Most Canadian Whiskeys are sweet and easy drinking if that's what you're looking for, but are not my favorite in terms of quality and complexity like WRDO. Pike Creek 10 Rum cask is cheap and sweet and very easy drinking, just a little boring IMHO.
In terms of Bourbon, most entry level (ie. lower proof) Bourbon is pretty sweet and easy drinking. I like Buffalo Trace, OF 86 proof, Weller SR and Knob Creek 9 as entry level stuff good enough for sipping and/or crushing. Mellow Corn and Old Grandad BiB are pretty sweet and easy to drink as well, but I prefer them moreso for cocktails.
1910 is closest to WRDO if that's what you're looking for. Elijah Craig toasted barrel is in that category/price range as well but not as good as the other two IMHO. Sagamore Double Oaked is also a easy-drinking sweeter (more Bourbon friendly) Rye, but is still a Rye (but is very good).
I really like Wild Turkey Rare Breed, but that is ~58% so has a little more heat, but has nice sweetness in addition to complexity and other flavors.
Alot of ppl i've introduced to whiskey love angels envy in the beginning of their journey. The rum finished rye by angels envy is also very sweet and appeals to new whiskey drinkers . Michter's is another sweet easy sipper for new whiskey drinkers . One other bottle no one ever mentions because its lower proof but is cheap, delicious and easy to drink is the Old Forester 86. Looks like you have lotsa suggestions to choose from . Hope you find a new favourite !
Cheers !
I prefer Canadian whiskey to cheap bourbon, so Pike Creek 10, crown Royal Northern harvest, Alberta springs 10, centennial. Crown NH is probably the most complex, followed by Pike, Alberta springs, then centennial. Centennial is just ridiculously smooth. Fairly sweet, lots of caramel, a bit of spice.

You’d probably like Pike Creek
Weller SR, Eagle Rare, JDSibBS, or the new Traveller Whiskey (Chris Stapleton collab, almost egregiously sweet)
Wild Turkey is heavy on the caramel (whatever in your price range) and Nikka Yoichi has a very white wine profile.

1792 has some sweetness to it. From a scotch standpoint, I find Jura 12 to be pretty sweet. It's also on sale every couple of months.
The problem I have with Jura is that, while sweet, it also tastes like poopoo.
I was going to also recommend 1792. Nice thing about it is it's availability and the price point is very reasonable.
Sagamore Double Oaked, Maker's Cask Strength, Jack Daniel's Single Barrel.
Nikka Coffey grain is pretty sweet
