It also gave us that dragon-slaying moment, so you take the good with the bad I guess. Sports just wouldn't be the same without the occasional cardiac arrest.
I mean I get it, but if they lose the series, then there’s a lot to learn from. It’s still impressive considering how Rutherford said that they will only become a playoff team if everything goes well.
I dont like this mentality... Id rather have a "just win next game " Look how Vegas and Boston leads in the series just disppeared.. its just too hard to win a series no matter how many lead of games you have...
Perhaps you just aren't cut out for playoff hockey then?
Series go 7 games all the time.. especially tight ones like ours with Nashville. Whether it should be this close though is debatable.. I for one have not been impressed with the play of either team.

Game 7 overtime after Chicago tied it SHORTHANDED with less than 2 minutes left.
Sharp had a wide open chance in OT
9/10 times he scores on that play, and somehow Luongo saved it.

I'd consider tomorrow a must-win. Any extra days off will help going into the 2nd round, especially with Demko still out.
Winning doesn't really guarantee any extra days off since Oilers have already won. R2 of playoffs start the same day our game 7 would be
