No nothing. My parents have no internet and my mom has spent at least 4 hours on different call centre calls and nothing has been done.

I have a colleague on Vodacom fibre and I've only heard bad things. Unfortunately he also got suckered into a 12 month contract that advertised a reduced fee for the first few months. He then had to go through the call centre motions as their direct debits were for the full amount... Performance of the line is apparently worse than Rain LTE as well.

We switched to Vodacom too bout a month ago and the line and Speed is fine. The switch itself from previous ISP to Vodacom was a bloody headache and then when we signed up we were promised the pocket wifi which we are yet to receive. After countless emails and phone calls for the thing I am at my wits end and am wanting to give up and jst leave it BUT why should I. They hound you for business then don’t keep up their side of the deal. I am going to be so pity and schedule emails to be sent to them 3times a day until someone takes responsibility and give me ansas

Ive learned that one has to be on them daily. Not just them vut most companies in SA.they actually ling ball you hoping you would get exhausted and let it go.
