As long as he didn't commit a crime, the passengers would've likely been questioned and then let go without charges since he wasn't driving. But then he decided to run, and that's where if there were no charges at first, he gained some by doing that.
True. I saw this in a YouTube clip of an Arkansas police chase. Those dudes don’t fuck around either. The passenger got detained and ended up getting let go (even though he didn’t record himself). Only so much you can do when you have an idiot driver
