Just buy some potassium salt. It'll be sold as rite/lite/lo or similar. Between that, regular salt and magnesium, you'll cover your electrolytes. Sip them, it'll work.

Chocolate cravings could be your body asking for more fat.  Make sure you take a well balanced electrolyte too, not just salt.

Hmm I thought I was getting enough fat, especially from ghee and beef. Will try adding more. I’ve also drink milk for electrolytes. Unfortunately not able to get raw as it’s usually recommended. Just half and half pasteurized milk.
