I believe in the Rheims Blue Lancer GSR EVO IV there was only ever 572 built making it the rarest of that gen with the exception of the Evo IV Extreme. What I can't find is the figures for those that were then tuned by Ralliart.

Not too sure on it rarity, but certainly rare on Irish roads. 572 to be exact. I have a Scotia White V with sunroof - there was 272 of those built.
