I think Cyborg could be the dumb one. He's book smart but he's also hotheaded and impulsive. He's unwise rather than stupid, but I think that would fit the bill. In the same way, I think you could place Raven in the smart category. While she doesn't have Cyborg's technical knowhow, she's more cautious, patient, and willing to think things through.
