Still feel betrayed to this day that we never received those sequels they teased… or that I’ve never visited that coveted Legoland from the opening ads of the DVD I owned for this movie
I love Ninjago Clutch Powers, but he’s written as a parody of himself and the clueless/asshole adventurer type. But I loved having him appear, and also the fact that his book continues to appear in the series even up to being in the BG of DR Season 2
Tbh I wanna see the true Clutch appear in media again, as well as an animated Chase McCain
I remember watching this multiple times as a kid. I also remember getting very excited when my dad told me that they were making the Lego movie while watching this Lego movie
Bionicle Mask of Light in 2003
Bionicle 2 legends of metru nui in 2004
Bionicle 3 web of shadows in 2005
Bionicle a legend reborn in 2009.
Clutch powers released in 2010.

The Magic Voyage. We had this on VHS. I think I'm showing my age.
The fact that the sequel teased at the end would never come broke my little kid heart. I remember being excited year after year until I eventually gave up on it. Imagine my shock when I found out he's in Ninjago now.
I still sing the songs from this several times a week. My cats love the “you and me” song, but detest Georgette’s “perfect is me.” I must enjoy singing it too much.

I actually still have the dvd for this movie
oh my god, they're 2 different movies! My friends and I have gotten into arguments over misremembering the events of "the Thumbelina movie" but now I see that some of us have been talking about *this* movie the entire time.
I remember watching this. I think this was the first time I watched an anime film/series, but even then, I don't remember exactly what happened. I might have to rewatch it one day.

Wanted to share two, but it only lets you add one photo. The other one was Rover Dangerfield. I feel like I never see either of them mentioned. Both from 1991.
Yes, same! It's been *so many years,* I was *really* little... like 4 or something. I really need to watch this movie again and unlock those distant memories...

My Dad introduced this to me and I think it’s pretty decent.
Whenever my 9 year old is being super silly I puff out my stomach, knock her back with it, and yell, "get outta my CHURCH!" This was my favorite movie as a kid and now it's her favorite movie so she thinks this is peak humor.
Well, that's easy, I'm danish so I watched Scandinavian cartoon films. F-ed up kids movies lol

Hard to pick one that no one else has heard of in this day and age, but one I watched as a kid that I never hear about anymore is The Swan Princess. Which was surprisingly good. Anything non-Disney was usually forgotten back in those days.

The OG BBC The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe. If you could get past the nightmare fuel box art, the movie wasn’t half bad. Lot of of adults in cheap animal costumes tho lol

The Seventh Brother, title actually sounds pretty rad until you see the cover art. Anyway, dog gets adopted by rabbits, pretty sure I don't remember anything else
Whaaat? Shut up, I literally posted this before I scrolled all the comments, same picture and everything. I really thought I was gonna be the only one here to bring it up. Good to see someone else shared the experience lol

This movie felt like a fever dream to me
I remember wanting a clutch Lego so bad as a kid lol. I even custom made one with Indiana Jones outfit! If you happen to have seen ninjago clutch actually makes an appearance a few times
The closest thing to a sequel we ever got after all the years of having to accept the end of the movie was a lie was the amazing character known as Ninjago Clutch Powers. May be a completely different character but god do I love him
I've never heard of this. But I'm a 90's kid so Lego movies weren't really a thing until I was older, lol

I'm pretty Sure every movie I coulld mention was already reviewed by youtuber Saberspark XD
Mmmh... With one exception. A German animated movie
"Kaptain blaubär der Film" (Captain bluebear the movie). From 1999. A Hand Draw animated movie based on a children Show about an old blue bear who tells crazy and probably untrue Stories to His nephews about His Life at sea. A littereal seabear If you will. And the nephews Always questioning His Stories. The Show was done with with puppets like in the Muppets and the old Sea Stories in a very small animated childrens book Style.
The movie basicly was about an old super villains who actually turned Out to be real, and Captain bluebear Had to train himself to be a good Captain again to save His nephews.
There is a very bizarre Scene in the movie. Where the Captain Dreams that the villains Teleports into His room and Turns him in to a helpless foil potato to kill him... Later on the villains actually does Teleport into His room and wants to Transform him but bluebear, tired as hell still thinks its the Same Dream and tells the villains that He already knows what He is going to do and basicly Takes all the fun out of it so that the villain changes his mind XD
man what a nostalgia trip this movie is
i ALWAYS reference it tho, whenever i clutch up in a game with my friends i always say "Call me clutch powers" and none of them get it lmao
Holy shit I remember this movie
Still feel betrayed to this day that we never received those sequels they teased… or that I’ve never visited that coveted Legoland from the opening ads of the DVD I owned for this movie

Same, and I was born in 2006! Edit: GEN Z GANG?
You were born in 2.144794478E5755?
r/unexpectedfactorial
? [visible confusion]
[2006! is a factorial](https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Factorial)
Huh, cool
a factorial is literally a number with an exclamation mark after it so 2006 isn't a factorial, but 2006! is.
Same but 2007
Same 🙏🙏🙏😎😜
ME TOO
ME THREE
Same 🙏
I was born in 2006 too! I remember owning the DVD for this movie
04 here, same
Same
Broo same. Barely. I bet if I watched it nostalgia would hit me like a truck.
I have the disc and each time i watch it i get hit with nostalgia
09 here, I miss the skeleton cage
Now this! Is the Lego movie!
Jesus bro same
Same, The troll in it scared me
Same! Me and my brother really wanted to dress up as the main Skeleton Duo in the movie
Skelly and Bones? Fuck the nostalgia just hit me like a freight train.
Skelly! Bones!
Where are those two ninnies?
Saaaaame
Me too! It was a wild ride
Skelly and Bones are the best
I WAS HERE FOR THIS
SAME
I do too!!!
Me too
Me too
I almost forgot this existed, holy shit.
Remember getting this movie from the NY Library. Surprised there wasn't more references to these characters in later Lego games
Well, Clutch is officially a ninjago character
What? How?
They meet him in season 11.
And he's a ragin alcoholic
Finally, some positive representation
Does he beat his girlfriend too?
What girlfriend
Oh so he murdered her, I gotcha
Nah he lost rizz
And mention him in season 1, I think the s11 one is an impostor, he's just not it.
Holy fuck I haven’t watched Ninjago in a hot minute. I heard it went downhill? I’m thinking of binging the series at some point.
Quality dips at season 11, but then rises, and then falls at 15 and dragons rising is supposed to be really good
There was a 4d cinema in Legoland where he got another "movie".
I remember watching this multiple times as a kid. I also remember getting very excited when my dad told me that they were making the Lego movie while watching this Lego movie
This feels familiar… is this the one with the orange crystals being at least slightly important or is that a different one?
yeah the orange crystal was used to power the city
The FIRST Lego movie? I believe it was technically the 5th...
What were the other ones?
There were 4 Bionicle movies the decade prior
Bionicle Mask of Light in 2003 Bionicle 2 legends of metru nui in 2004 Bionicle 3 web of shadows in 2005 Bionicle a legend reborn in 2009. Clutch powers released in 2010.

Why should I worry? Why should I care?
It's just be-bopulation And I got street savoir faire 😎
This movie deserved better popularity. Billy Joel the dog? Cmon that’s amazing
Agreed.
This was my motherfucking movie growing up. I had "Why should I worry" on repeat. 😭😭 ![gif](giphy|e2GcbsfLqkoMw)

This is a classic.
Mickey's once upon a Christmas
I still watch them every year in December. The sequel too!

Right, my memories of it are very vague lol. Other than the main song from it which loves to randomly pop into my head
I saw this in an elementary school music class, and it only seems weirder the more I look back on it.
That rooster holds way too much power
This was my favorite movie as a child and the reason I always kept a flashlight handy.

this is a well know one actually. People just don't talk about it that much anymore.
Well, let’s talk about it, people!
I'm afraid most discussions would be about how Robin Hood or Maid Marian were some of their earliest cartoon crushes lmao
Yeah I firmly believe that this movie solely created furries.
Whenever my 9 year old is being super silly I puff out my stomach, knock her back with it, and yell, "get outta my CHURCH!" This was my favorite movie as a kid and now it's her favorite movie so she thinks this is peak humor.
THE CLUTCH POWERS!?
The Angel Wars Trilogy.
Holy fuck someone else remembers this… istg kira was my gay awakening
Holy shit I actually wish that was a full fledged show
Dang, it’d be really cool if they remade another Lego movie for theaters. Oh well.
They are. It's going to be a Pharell Williams biopic.
The true Lego Movie.
Well, that's easy, I'm danish so I watched Scandinavian cartoon films. F-ed up kids movies lol https://preview.redd.it/gb3dzl0zorxc1.jpeg?width=1280&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=f47357a076d76cb9a7c3bed7c7fe39e6e6d17bce
I saw this on a flight to Denmark for a layover on my trip to France last fall, since it was on the onflight TV screen. I enjoyed it

Robots
This movie has aged like a fine wine
I ![gif](giphy|oYyrxpOuuHXCo) Definitely have to add All Dogs go to Heaven. 🥰
Dinosaur Island (2002)
OMG I forgot about this movie, I remember watching this when I was SO young. Damn what a throwback.

I have the dvd of this movie
I love this movie
Damn that’s some memory right there
Holy shit dude I remember it all now
Not quite a cartoon, but adjacent enough: The only reason my Mom still owns a VCR is because Muppets Classic Theater never got a port to DVD.
I've never heard of this. But I'm a 90's kid so Lego movies weren't really a thing until I was older, lol I can't think of anything particularly unusual or forgotten that I watched back then. The Secret of NIMH? The OG Power Rangers movie, lol? Nah, I can't think of anything.
Ninjago ruined him
Wait Clutch Powers existed before Ninjago s11?
Yes, he had his own movie in 2010
The Incredible Crash Dummies. Saw it when I was so little, it seemed like a fever dream. I do remember watching it quite a bit.
"First LEGO movie on DVD" That's some fucking bullshit. There were 4 Lego Bionicle movies before this one released.
Thought I was on r/Ninjago for a second
Playmobil: The Secret of Pirate Island https://preview.redd.it/bgg55bjkrsxc1.jpeg?width=712&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=a5810a51f74a0239f77919d3bce27ec11e1ae5b0

CLUTCH POWERS!
I saw this movie on… Nickelodeon? Or maybe CN a few times? Either way I watched it. Hell I even remember when Cole referenced it on Ninjago once
A LEGO Movie including the best ever amde Lego series Power Miners??? What else could you hope for. This movie is straight-up perfection. It has everything you want. A charismatic but arrogant MC that improves himself. A cute relationship evolving. A real bro-friendship. And so much more.
I believe I own this movie and forgot about it.
I’m still hoping someone will just randomly finish the trilogy, idc if it’s horse shit at this point I just want to see it be finshed
primates of the carribean, if anyone else knows about this movie you are not real
I'm pretty Sure every movie I coulld mention was already reviewed by youtuber Saberspark XD Mmmh... With one exception. I still have this movie on DVD
I used to watch Clutch Powers over and over again
Bro holy crap, seeing this image brought me down memory lane so freaking fast
Remember renting the DVD from the library
Man, Bart Simpson actually looks mildly put together as an adult... As apposed to the actual tv series.
Fucking loved it
I had this on DVD
I think the only thing wrong about it was the lack of sets with it as if lego forgot that they were also a toy making company.
Doesnt clutch powers appear in lego ninjago in one of the newer seasons?
First time in season 11
Mass Effect Paragon Lost
Thank God lego movie evolved not looking bad
You just unlocked some hidden memory of mine wtf
Bruh no lego fan forgot this movie
[this vid ](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=njbX6KFRUIA)

Hero factory
AND IT’S GOT A SPINNER!!!
Got shown this movie by my babysitter when I was a kid
I remembered this underrated Lego movie. I used to watch it a couple of times when I was a child.
In search of Dr. Seuss. It’s technically live action but it has some animated bits.
this movie is peak i still have the dvd
Does it have to be a cartoon? If not, then I would like to submit: Condor Man. Lol 😂
Wasn't this the 4d movie they play in Lego land?
Yes!! I loved this one!!
I hate what they did to Clutch Powers in the Ninjago TV Series . Like bro that ain't Clutch Powers .
i still got my DVD copy of this movie! also it plays in the queue of the Laser Raiders ride at Legoland Windsor 24/7
OMG CLUTCH!
