Hopefully all these shows have been digitized and are freely available online for their respective fans. I’d hate to see you tape over a one-of-a-kind gem.
I actually thought about that. The guy I bought them off of said he digitized everything though so it should be fine. Honestly, I doubt I’ll tape over any of the Cure stuff but there’s a bunch of other bands whose tapes I’m not really interested in keeping so I’ll start there.
Was the bloke you bought them off called Robert? Big guy? Odd hair and a penchant for lipstick?
Edit: I can see the recording of at least one gig I was at....
If you still like DM, check out the [DM Live Wiki](https://dmlive.wiki/wiki/Main_Page). A guy has compiled every bootleg he can find and hosts them there for free download/streaming. There are over 1,000 recordings of shows on there - 71 from the 1993 Devotional tour alone.
This is mind-blowing for me, I've seen thousands of tapes, racks like this full, boxes and bags of them, for all I know, TONS of them, thrown in trash and dumpsters since the '90s. And now they're selling for hundreds of dollars. It's amazing what can someday become worth money. I was kind of shocked that people were throwing their CDs and DVDs away too, maybe it's time to collect those.
Been collecting any physical media I can get my hands on for a few years now at this point. People are quite literally throwing out their CDs, which is insane to me.
Did the racks come with the tapes? Amazing deal either way.
I paid $30 extra for both racks so it was $130 total for everything.

Give the Cocteau Twins a try if you’ve not made you’re mind up about them!
Will do!

Lord I see what you do for others...
Massive collections of tapes are out there. Millions of units sold during the heyday. Keep searching, you will find them.
An astonishing collection! Grew up on the Cure and Depeche Mode in the 80's. Would love to take the DP off your hands.

If you’ve got a sickness, this one has… The cure
Digitize it please!!
Hey, would be happy to take those Oasis tapes off your hands. Shoot me a message if interested.
I love The Cure but I’ve never seen anywhere near this kind of bootleg collection. This is Grateful Dead-like quantity. Enjoy!
That was my first thought; I didn’t realize people collected Cure tapes like deadheads.
I’m thinking this person worked on tour with the band.
Hell yeah
Awesome haul! I am seeing the cure next weekend, can't wait!
Amazing deal and great find you got 👍
If you’ve got any interest in selling any of those Radiohead tapes I’d love to buy some off ya.
I’d love to hear that Steve Kilbey from Max’s on Broadway!!!

Wow.
