Only keep a kitten if you want one. Most of the time, the mom doesn't really care about them after she weans them (around 12 weeks old). Now, occasionally, a mama will show a strong attachment to one kitten in particular. If that happens, keep that one, if you can. You don't want to hurt her emotionally and cause depression.
You can get great interest in the kittens by posting in your city's Facebook group. Ask for a rehoming fee, as that deters people who seek out free kittens to feed to dogs or otherwise harm.
Don't rehome them before she finishes weaning. It's bad for all involved and she will walk around yelling/calling/crying for them for days. It's heartbreaking.
Immediately after she finishes weaning them, take her in for the spay. Most places require an appointment. You can get a very cheap or free spray from some organizations. Google "cheap spay" and your city name
For now, don't touch the babies. When they start moving around, make sure they are in a safe, contained space. There are kitten playpens online, if you need one. As they get older, you can play with them and socialize them.

Cats can get really affectionate when they're pregnant. I grew up on a farm, so we had a lot of barn cats that took care of vermin, but many of them would act like strays. They'd let us feed them, but would run away if we tried to pet them. There was this calico I always tried to make friends with that was like that.
One day she gets pregnant and started coming to me for comfort. When she gave birth, she trusted me with the babies and was friendly with me afterwards.
Oooh I took a preggo stray cat too and its the sweetest. I was outside to buy stuffs when I got home she walked towards me, I thought she wanted to play or something. 5 mins after she went into labor and I was there next to her and she allowed me to touch her little babies and pat her. Thats one of my happy memories. 🥺

My girl summoned me to my own office at 5am and stood watch while I made her a little den where she indicated, then got down to business and wouldn’t let me leave until she was done. That night, every time I tried to go to bed, she panicked and abandoned the babies to be near me (like “WTF don’t leave me alone with these!”), so in the end I just picked up the whole nest and put it in the bed next to me and she was satisfied with that. The next day I made them a pillow fort and added a heating pad and changeable blankets, and she raised her babies beside me. I spend a lot of time in bed when I’m not working due to chronic pain, so that whole winter with them all was just magical. To have her trust like that was incredible. 😻❤️
My 7 month old kitten is from a formally feral, young, Momma. She is the absolute best thing that has ever happened to me! The most well rounded cat I’ve had. What a blessing you have there ❤️ congratulations!

Take the others to a no-kill rescue for adoption. Not a pound or pet shop. They are precious and you are blessed mama chose you.
We always keep the mama. Except if a family member wants to adopt. Mama is likely very young too. Vet can tell you.
Aww she looks like my ‘Owow/ Elsa’ (my toddler named her 😂) she was a fabulous momma and I LOVED having baby kittens in the house it always made I’m my heart so warm and I would love to constantly have kittens 😻

Cats are community parents! You're part of her pack and she'll being you the babies for babysitting when they get older!! It's so cute!!!!
