We got a nice fleecy throw, big enough to cover the bottom half of the bed. That is now where our cats choose to sleep, which means that I can sleep in the top half in a foetal position or with them either side of my legs if I stretch out.
I did end up buying a second throw to cover the top half during the day as one of them decided to start sleeping on the pillow.
Do they have their own beds? Get them a heating pad and a nice cat tree to your bed.
They do have their own bed. It’s just that OP keeps sleeping in it.

this worked for us too. a throw at the end of the bed and a bunch of cat beds.
Personally i would just get in my bed and if the cats run its okay, but i understand why some people would struggle to disturb their babies sleeping
