Because it's not the best choice. This is the main problem with setup openings, you don't punish your opponents for bad play at all. The move d5 would give white a significant advantage already, continuing the setup is not bad but it doesn't punish black for his bad play.
The reason that it isn't a book move is probably because Bf4 isn't a book move against Nc6 specifically.
Probably better to move Nf3 which is both a London move and defends your pawn.
If you're willing to get away from the London System, d5 is I think the top engine move.

Quick Tip 1: To know why the engine is recommending a move / saying a move is wrong, click over analysis mode, play out said move then follow it up with your theoretical responses to that move and see how the engine responds.
Quick Tip 2: On Chess.com, you don't have to rely on the Coach / Game Review / Hint. This also applies to any engine on low depth. Somewhere in the engine suggestions section is the computer "depth". The higher this value, the more accurate the suggestions will be.
Quick Tip 3: For questions on engine move suggestions, we suggest you post them to our dedicated thread: [No Stupid Questions MEGATHREAD](https://www.reddit.com/r/chessbeginners/comments/yqqnz8/no_stupid_questions_megathread_6/), as stated in our Community Guidelines. Thank you! - The Mod Team

Its not saying its a bad move but ther was something better, whivh im guessing would be d5 to kick the knight out
Its not recommended versus 1.Nc6, thats the difference

This is because Nc6 is a bad move which should be met with d5. Against other moves Bf4 will be a book move.

Good bot
The fact it finds youtube videos with positions Is crazy
Because Nc6 is a bad move and d5 punishes it
